KUNDALINI YOGA AND MEDITATION AT A SPA HOTEL IN A TROPICAL & ECOLOGICAL PARADISE
These workshops are essentially created to provide the participants with a live experience in which they can create a setting of fearless and non judgmental self-examination and thus feel the life processes they are going through very intensely and deeply conscious. By doing so, they are capable of letting go of the past and living plentifully the here and now. The workshops are also an opening door for learning and applying various techniques of self improvement and for feeling better in life.
The intensive workshops are composed of talks, psycho-social dynamic exercises, aerobic warm-ups, kundalini yoga kriyas, relaxation sessions and meditations with and without mantras. There are several breaks throughout the day and participants have an hour and a half for lunch. We give a brief introduction to the workshop on Friday afternoon, and we work from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday and from 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday.

Jai Hari Singhwill be staying with us at Eco Paraíso, from November 18th, 2010 until January 8th,2011, to share with everybody his experience as a yoga and meditation teacher and his lifestyle. He will be teaching in the mornings and afternoons, and he will also be giving a series of Intensive Workshops on the weekends (choose one, you won’t regret it!); he will be available to give healing and life coaching sessions.
