Booking conditions

1. Payment

Your reservation is guaranteed when we receive by fax your credit card details including your signature. The due amount will be charged upon your departure from the hotel. Major credit cards accpeted: Visa, Mastercard, American Expess.. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

You may also transfer the due amount to our bank account 15 days before your arrival. Banking details will be given to you upon request.

2. Last minute cancellation (24 hours before arrival)

General: We charge the equivalent of 1 night accommodation.
Packages: We charge 30% of package price.
Holidays: See Exceptions (below)

3. No-Show

General: We charge the equivalent of 2 nights accomodation.
Packages: We charge 50% of package price.
Holidays: See Exceptions (below)

4. Exceptions

Between Christmas and New Year and during the Easter Holidays we require the deposit of the whole amount 20 days prior to arrival to guarantee your booking. No refund for cancellations after this date. No refund for no-show.

5. Surcharge

Christmas and New Years gala dinner have each a compulsory surcharge of US$ 44.00 per adult person (US$ 22.00 per child 6 to 12 years old) on halfboard plan and US$ 64.00 (US$ 32.00 for children 6 to 12 years old) on breakfast plan.

6. Minimum stay

During the Christmas/New Year's and Easter holidays, we require a minimum stay of 3 nights.

By submitting your reservation, you confirm that you have read and accepted the general conditions of Hotel Eco Paraíso, Celestún, Yucatan, Mexico.

When making your reservation through one of our partners, such as a travel agency or a tour operator, the general conditions of that partner apply.
